Before arriving we got a message on WhatsApp, telling us to join the link and how to get access to the door once we come. She showed us the apartment and had a small tour Garden was lovely to have a coffee or eat out

Position is really good because it is close to the S-bahn and even if it seems far away, the station (Karow) is still in zone B This quality for this price is something beyond any expectations. The neighborood is quite and welcoming. Many compliments to the owners :)

The breakfast buffet has a wide selection, and the bread and rolls are superb! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and nice.

The hotel is in a really nice neighborhood. There are lots of nice bars and cafes around. There is an underground and tram stop nearby, so you can easily go to the city center or Berlin Wall. If you are in Berlin for the concert at Mercedes Benz Arena, you can get there from the hotel by the tram in a 15 min and then easily get back. It is a small, but very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff is really lovely and helpful (they are mostly women). Make sure to add the breakfast when you book the hotel, it is a really great breakfast for 10€ and it will definitely save you some time and money. We enjoyed our stay! 10/10

It's really quiet at night. Everything in the room worked perfectly. There's a kitchen with a little fridge, hair dryer, hot water and heating was perfect. Smooth Check-in and checkout. 5 min walking from the property you have access to a big supermarket and restaurants. The Noldnerplatz station is really close as well. It is just 30 min away from Berlin Central Station on the S-bahn.

The breakfast is not included, as it is a "pension", but one can go downstairs from 8:30 am on (or reserve a table if about 10 am) and enjoy a very nice freshly prepared breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to go to the café in the morning to eat a delicious meal to start off your day, and there was a clear communication for where the keys where located!
