A Casa Das Augas is a lovely place in the middle of the country side near Mondonedo. The place is not only beautiful and peaceful but it is run by a warm-hearted and kind host Monica. The place has been in her family for many years and it was originally a mill. I personally felt at home and wished I had stayed longer. I would definitely come back.

We stayed in a room with a queen bed and private bath and it was wonderful; spacious, airy, pretty with a very comfy bed and very quiet at night. One of the nicest rooms we've stayed in on the Camino.

I like a lot the house and the atmosphere there, also the staff was really lovely. For me the bed was comfortable. Towels provided with free slippers and bath sponge in gift bag.

We stayed in the “Deluxe Queen Room” on site. It is in a different building but attached to the Albergue. You get the best of both worlds with a very nice, clean, private room expected from a hotel and awesome camaraderie and amazing food (cooked by the hosts for a small price) above and beyond the average albergue. Everything was perfect!

This was an unforgettable stay, I have been travelling northern Spain for over a month and Casa Rural Norita was second to none. The hosts were super friendly and attentive and nothing was too much of an ask. The accommodation is pet friendly and has a beautiful surrounding garden that I walked my dog around taking in the stunning views of the valley. The food was incredible, it was fresh local produce which included artisan ice-cream and jams made by the hosts. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet escape.
