First of all, amazing staff! Begonia and Christina were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quite spacious. The location is astonishing - a very quiet place, but also at the heart of the city, just a few minutes from the Cathedral.

Lovely and quiet hotel located in the centre of Santiago (3-minute walk to the cathedral) with lots of sights nearby. Cristina, the host, has put a lot of love and attention even into small details and gave us great recommendations for things to do, places to eat at, getting around, information about the Easter processions etc. We were also able to check in earlier without any extra fees and it was wonderfully quiet despite the central location. We would gladly come back!

Very centrally located with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - I was sick when I stayed and they took extra measures to ensure that I was okay, including calling taxis and making sure that I got in them okay and allowing an early check-in to my room. Both rooms I stayed in were very comfortable, clean, and decently sized. Would definitely stay again if back in Santiago.
