Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

Excellent location - near the seaside and inside traditional district of Edinburgh. So you could feel local spirit. Near bus stops and cafes, Royal Botanical Garden Amazing hosts. Very responsive and kind.

Lorna was an amazing host. In general, accommodation around Edinburgh is quite expensive so we found this place which was relatively affordable compared to other places and had a high rating. It is a house-turned-b&b, has 3 small rooms and a nice small dining room. Everything was super clean and Lorna was the friendliest host we have ever met. She gives you a small form to fill every night to get your breakfast preferences and time to eat. Her cooking is lovely. Definitely recommend her full Scottish breakfast with Haggis. She cooked the best haggis out of the 3 restaurants we tried. The only downside was that the place is quite far from the city (45 min bus ride - take X27) and there is only one bus that goes there but if you catch it and don't mind the travel time, it is definitely worth a stay.

Most wonderful location (walking distance to the center), secure parking for our motorcycles, very quiet neighborhood and lovely bed and bathroom. Spotless room and it comes with a really wonderful breakfast that leaves you happy and ready to go about your day🤗

Though no one was there to check us in the instructions were clear of how to access our room. Everything was perfect but we didn't get to meet anyone since we left early next morning. I would have loved to have breakfast but couldn't since we didn't have the time.
