Very Comfortable and well equipped , exclusive use of 3rd floor of family home . Friendly hosts , left drinks in fridge and some breakfast items in kitchenette. Our privacy was respected and all communication via what’s app .

The location was excellent, very close to the Anfield stadium, which was a big bonus for us. Communication with the host was top. She also prepared something to eat and a drink for us, very nice. We would definitely stay again and I'd recommend it to anybody.

Thank you for the possibility to spend the weekend here. It was very pleasant. Paul was interested in our stay and helped and explained details. He was friendly and helpful. My partner and I liked everything. The room was very clean, with a very unusual and beautiful design. And the owner of the house turned out to be a very interesting and kind person. Unfortunately, on the night of my stay, I suffered an injury and the owner of the house kindly agreed to take me to the hospital at 12 at night. For which my partner and I are very grateful to him.

Location is just amazing, if you want to attend the game at Anfield, this is place to book, literally few steps away. Property is managed by Jemma - super nice and helpful. Room is simple but has everything you need.

Absolutely great location for Liverpool FC matches, right next to the Anfield. Very neat and organized. Would definitely come back if I wanted to go to a Liverpool match.

The location was perfect for everyone who needs peaceful environment (like myself), and traveling to all attractions in Liverpool is easy by bus anyway. Most importantly, the host (John) was very kind and nice to me as he have useful suggestions and assist me on every request though we haven't met in person which is amazing!!

I contacted the owner, Tom as I had stupidly left my phone charger in the room and he very kindly and very quickly posted it back to me. I offered to reimburse all costs incurred but he has not asked me to do so. This to me speaks volumes of Tom, especially after several friends have told me how very unusual this is, as they have left often more valuable items in hotel rooms and never had them returned. The accommodation was also excellent value. Thank you Tom, very much appreciated.
