Lots to eat, well cooked and served with smile. John and Ed were warm and friendly. My suitcases were carried up to my room. No extra charges for tea and milk in my room. WiFi connection excellent. Guests quiet and pleasant. No noise from other rooms.

The breakfast was excellent, even porridge with a dash of whiskey (old Scottish recipe). Surpassed many hotels at 3 times the price. Only observation would be that parking could be a problem in the busy season.

Absolute gem of a find, and wonderful hosts. Great views of the sea and coastline. Great location. Lovely room and spotlessly clean. Quiet and relaxing garden are at the rear, with a small patio at the front of the property, own entrance to the room. Gina and Greg made us feel so welcome.
