Very friendly, family run hotel, everything well thought out, interesting building in lively historic area and close to lakeside, downstairs bar with friendly locals, in between 2 good restaurants with many others near, delicious breakfast.

Excellent and newly built hotel in a nice neighborhood near the city centre. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the check-in and check-out were flexible. Kudos to Zeta who gave us great tips for exploring the city.

Great apartment. Very luxury with a nice bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bedroom with a good comfy bed. Supermarkets are very close by, which is a big plus. The great bacony has a great view. 2 small things that could improve the excellent feeling, is a larger bar table (it is now to short to seat at, therefore not comfortable enough to eat your breakfast or dinner) and more comfortable chairs on the balcony. Overall it is big value for money! And the hospitality of the host is a big plus as well!

It is a spacious place exactly in the tourist center of Ioannina. Its amenities are of high standards. Everything well thought off and clean. The apartment is in two levels. Both have a bathroom and a double bed. All of them in excellent conditions and very clean. I was not able to see the remains of previous guests - which is rare !

The room was very clean. The facilities truly exceeded our expectations. Mrs Dimitri thank you for everything from our heart. We will definitely visit it again. The hotel is located next to the cave of Perama and 10 minutes far from the center of Ioannina city. Great choice for road trips in the wide region of Zagori and Tzoumerka.
