It is really close to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit. Very clean place that utilises all the space available really well.

The room was modern with good lighting. There was a kettle in the room. Large shower and bathroom. It was easy access once we found the place. Recommend the car park opposite, which could be used as a reference point. Car park is a multi storey and the accommodation is at the other end and on the opposite side of the road. Parking was 12.00 Euros for 24 hours, but there is also an hourly rate.

The room was nice and clean. Owner was very nice, even though we booked at 10pm for the same night, she managed to come and meet us and also let us park in her garage. Highly recommended.

The apartment is really nice, very clean and spacious. Not a speck of dust to be found. The bed was very comfortable. There is a desk in the room, a nice closet. The bathroom was perfect, lots of hot water and excellent pressure. Dario the owner is very nice and personable. He was very helpful with good advice. When I mentioned to him that I am celiac he sent me a list of restaurants where I could eat. I could also use the kitchen, the washing machine. There is a supermarket in front. You can easily walk to the historic center. The walk from the train and bus station is about 20 minutes. 2 blocks away is a very beautiful part of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this authentic place in the heart of Catania. The room was spacious with high ceilings and beautiful paintings, giving it a unique charm. The staff and the owner were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt at home. Loredana, in particular, was very attentive and provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing. I highly recommend this venue for anyone visiting Catania.
