Location and breakfast were very good. The staff was exceptional! Carla, Felipa and Marta helped us book many excursions and reservations including trains. Having a staff to help us in a first visit to Lisbon was the reason we chose a hotel over an Airbnb. They went above and beyond! Alexander, Renan and Doglio (sp?) entertained and educated us in the hotel bar! Thanks to all!

Everything was great. The host Helen is an amazing person who helps in every situation. The room was big and very comfortable. The information how to get there and all information about checking in and checking out were very clear. First time I received even films how to open all doors using codes. 10 minutes to the metro. And close to the airport. For sure I really recommend this place

Rooms are beautifully decorated; the dining, the sitting room, the courtyard, cellar, spa, every space has its own identity and ties in with the theme of the hotel superbly. It was also clean and spotless. Sheets and bedding are soft and comfy. Staffs are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They have a pianist and violinist playing at breakfast and at different periods throughout the day, it was the most relaxing environment to be in. We wanted to know if there was a laundromat near the hotel, but instead we were offered complementary laundry service instead! Location was great. We are not going to stay anywhere else the next time we're in Lisbon again. Definitely the best hotel we've ever stayed in.

The location was perfect - we were on the main street and everything was 5 min from us. The view from the room was amazing - towards the street and you could see the Arc of Rua Augusta and the Castel de Sao Jorge in the distance. The style of the room was interesting - it had vintage elements, combined with contemporary. The breakfast was very delicious and romantic - it was on the roof and there was a view towards the whole city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was very good; nice walking distance from the most important places. Staff was very sweet - my husband even got a little birthday cake with staff singing during breakfast. The room was nice and cosy and everything I had ordered in advance for my husband's birthday was there ready. We want to thank once more; you made us a lovely stay!!

La decoració es preciosa, és molt agradable i comfortable. A les habitacions et trobes amb aigua i dos gots, tovalloles i penjadors. També es van oferir a donar-nos informació i adreces sobre llocs a visitar.
