Very clean and comfortable room, close to the motorway. Excellent for a one night stay, but also for longer periods of time. Shared kitchen with coffee and electric stove. Parking spot in the courtyard. Very good communication with the owner, not intrusive, but present. Self check-in and out.

Comfortable, bright room. Modern bathroom. Astonishing view point 5 min away on foot. Super friendly hosts dedicated to save and promote local culture and products.

Great price, clean and modern room. Easy to park a car. We were transiting, so for us, the location was perfect. Wifi was good and the lady who welcomed us was nice and speaks English. If we need to stay again in or around Nis, I would not hesitete to return.

Everything. Truly one of the finest guesthouses in the world, run by some of the world's finest people. You would be wise to spend some time with Vojkan and Datsa on your trip to Niš. They are some of the greats. An unforgettable experience and I can't wait to return. On top of the hospitality, the room is perfect: comfortable bed, hot and strong shower, AC, a fridge, and a desk, in a restored original building in the very center of town only a few minutes walk to both the river and the fortress and the famed Tinkers alley. 10 stars is not enough.
