My stay at this hotel in Novi Sad was exceptional. The staff, especially Ana, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodations were impeccable, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. I am very happy to have stayed in this apartment because I am happy when my woman is happy, she liked everything, we recomend! Nice bed, good shower and bathroom in general, all utensils were given: boiling pot, electric tea pot, coffee pot, tea, grounded coffee, sugar, a mini electric stove with one burner, a refrigerator. We had everything we needed. Mark was very nice, calm, welcoming and speaks good english)

Great modern room in great location. Very cheap public parking (on the streets) available closeby. Check-in is in the lanterna restaurant, where you also go to for breakfast (a la carte but great selection).

Price was good, room was excellent and the owners were fabulous. Was right beside an expensive hotel I can’t imagine was any better than where we stayed! Very satisfied and we would highly recommend staying here.

The staff were incredible, really went above and beyond and helpful beyond words. The breakfast every morning was a delightful spread of local Serbian food and wasn't lacking at all. I've stayed in alot of hotels and I would put this up there with 5 star. For the price and the service I wouldn't stay anywhere else whenever in novi sad. 10/10

Great location near Petrovaradin fortress and close to the Novi Sad centre. Everything is in walking distance. The room was very spacious and clean and had everything we need. It was quiet during the night. The staff was excellent. We would gladly come back. Good value for money.
