The owner welcomed me when I arrived late in the evening , tired from the west highland way, and was very kind and warm! He was helpful and patient even though it was pretty late. The room was decorated so special, and had everything I needed for a good night sleep. The shower is great. The location is close to the WHW trail and was the best choice. Very close to a pub and a coffee place. I would stay there again.

Gorgeous setting, amazingly comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Kind and supportive staff.

Situated next to Balloch Rail Station, Tullie Inn offers comfortable accommodation 1 mile from Alexandria town centre. We had such a fabulous stay at the Tullie Inn! Great room with friendly service from both the reception and restaurant. We stayed in a family room with our two teenage daughters and really appreciated having the extra room attached, even with its own desk and tv. Clean rooms with lots of space, comfy beds and bedding, and a well-stocked coffee/tea station. Beautiful large bathroom with a really nice tub and shower (separate), as well as lovely soap/lotion and thick towels. We were also thankful for a great continental breakfast with fresh juices, delicious pastries and bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. It’s also very conveniently located right by the train station (which was actually very quiet).

The Clachan Inn er með garð, verönd, veitingastað og bar í Drymen. Gistikráin er staðsett í um 22 km fjarlægð frá Menteith-vatni og 26 km frá grasagarðinum í Glasgow. The staff is very nice, even that the bar was busy, they took care of our check-in quickly. The room is big enough, the shower was comfortable and clean. The Clanchan bar is very nice to sit in and closes early enough, so we had a quite night.
