Great place for families with kids. We even got invited to the dinner with Juan - the owner of the property, and his wonderful wife and friends. Plus we also got a free excursion in the sorrounding garden where Juan grows mangos, avocados, blackberries and meny other fruits. Absolutely recommend.

It was my first hostel in Costa Rica and I hope to find more places like this on my trip! Very nice reception, very nice common areas, lots of bathrooms and showers to use (which are new). When I arrived they explained me a map of the city and helped me to organize my activities to make the best use of my time. My favorites were the yoga area and the hostel pet!

The staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. Jemina is a wonderful person, and does an excellent job. The vibe is super social and I made so many friends here. We shared meals, drinks and so many conversations. The kitchen is super clean and has everything you need. The bed in the dorm was comfy. The whole place was consistently very clean. It's a 10 min walk to town and a 20 min walk to El Salto.

The vibe of the hostel is amazing! It’s this cute blue hostel that has a BEAUTIFUL terrace (with a bar) that lights up at night. I spent my mornings eating breakfast and doing yoga (with the mats they provide) on the terrace. There’s so much space, lot’s of chairs to hang around with other guests, AND an amazing view. They have curtains on the beds!! This is so rare to find in hostels ESPECIALLY at this price. They have lockers IN the room. I love how EACH bed has its own personal fan and outlet. The curtains go all around the bed so it provides a LOT of privacy which is SO nice when staying in a dorm. The bathrooms are really nice and were always clean! Each room has its own bathroom + shower AND they have an extra bathroom with a shower that anyone can use (this was really great when someone was using the shower in the dorm). The kitchen is great; they have everything you need- even a blender! They also provide you with oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, which I found really convenient and a nice touch. The wifi is great- there’s lots of areas to sit and work. They also have a common area where you can watch Netflix on the tv! The owners and staff are amazing. There are tons of tours to do and they organize it for you. It was a great way to see La Fortuna and meet other travelers, so I highly recommend going on the tours- the hot springs, Rio Celeste, Chocolate Tour, and Night Walk were my favourites. I would HIGHLY recommend this hostel to anyone staying in La Fortuna! The price is incredible for the quality of the hostel. I will definitely visit again :)

포르투나에 자리한 Rio Danta Hostel에서는 공용 라운지, 테라스, 강 전망 등을 제공합니다. 숙소는 라 포르투나 폭포에서 6.4km 거리에 있습니다. 숙소는 칼람부 온천에서 5.5km, 미스티코 아레날 행잉 브리지 공원에서 21km, 아레날 스카이 어드벤처스에서 22km 거리에 있습니다. 시내에서 걸어서 10분정도 떨어져있어서 매우 조용했던 숙소. 와이파이, 시설, 주방 모두 좋았고 노트북할 수 있는 곳에 에어컨도 있어서 저녁에 시원하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 무료 커피와 정수기도 있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 귀여운 리트리버랑 고양이 두마리도 있어서 심심하지 않습니다ㅋㅋ

포르투나에 자리한 Alpha Arenal에서는 정원, 무료 전용 주차장, 공용 라운지 등을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 라 포르투나 폭포에서 5.6km 거리에 있습니다. 숙소는 칼람부 온천에서 약 4.7km, 미스티코 아레날 행잉 브리지 공원에서 20km, 아레날 스카이 어드벤처스에서 21km 거리에 있습니다. The owner was marvelous. He gave lots of great recommendations for several activities and does not want to sell tours like lots of others. Just perfect!!! This made our trip perfect and I highly recommend the hostel for everyone who goes to La Fortuna. The rooms were clean and we had a nice balkony to sit outside. It is a great hostel to get to know others.

Located 3.6 km from the slopes of the Arenal Volcano, this hostel offers its guests complimentary Wi-Fi access, luggage storage, and a snack bar. The property also has an outdoor pool. The property was very clean, and the rooms were far enough away from the road that the road noise was minimal. the pool area was great, with ample lounges to relax on. The landscaping and trees around the pool and property we beautiful, and attracted lots of colourful birds, and created shade so you could get away from the sun, but still enjoy the outdoors. the Bar/Restaurant was great, cocktails were a good price, and the breakfasts were wonderful.
