Superb water pressure, reliable quiet AC. Location is very convenient - central but not on the noisy street.

We liked the place so much that we canceled one hotel to stay again here. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Helping us with tours (we did the Floating and Train Market tour) and troubles that we had outside. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean, also the aircon works perfectly. The place offers you water, hot water, tea, coffee, one little fridge and a microwave in a common area. If you want they also have laundry machine and dryer per 30 Bahts each.

Everything. This is incredible brand new place. Even the architecture is great. It feels like a luxury hotel with bunk beds. I'd even wanna live here.
