The Villa offers a convenient location, as it is settled within 250 meters walking distance to super market and within 270 meters (less than 5 minutes walking distance) to local taverna, local cafe/ snack shop & bakery (delivery available for breakfast ). Alongside the setting-the-scene ambiance with unique designed interiors and luxurious exteriors, this retreat set the scene for those looking for an unforgettable holiday experience and beats a free-spirited rhythm throughout.
 This captivating home lays in 600m² outdoor area - with 220m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ- portable- with gas hob also) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The BBQ area is also embellished with sink, fridge, cutlery, dishes and glasses for your utmost convenience. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated, one in a sofa bed with real mattress located at the Attic type bedroom and one in a folding bed which can be provided upon request, at the master bedroom of the first floor. The maximum capacity is 10 guests. Bonus: Playground, Ping Pong table, Football nets, Fitness Equipment, Indoor Play area.
