Welcoming staff, excellent breakfast and dinner, reasonable bar prices. We caught a live music concert at the lobby and the atmosphere was very calm and familiar. WiFi worked well. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy.

NH Collection Andorra Palomé is a design hotel, with a peaceful location just 1.5km from Andorra’s Pal-Arinsal Ski Resort. We liked the location, the treatment of the staff in evrey request ( especially grasiella). The resturant was great, the gym was good and a lot of space around the hotel. My son liked to sit in the bar . The brd was giant and the room was nice and wide. There was safety deposite and littel porch.

Situated in the mountain village of Arinsal, the hotel is a 15-minute drive from Andorra’s centre and 300 metres from the new gondola lift to the ski slopes. I did prepare my breakfast by myself. It's easy and use a little of time to do it. The room is great and big and very clean. We like to find place that close to the place for dinner because sometime hard to find car park if we go to the town.

The staff were very nice and helped us with all we needed encluding guiding and recomended places to visit. We've stayed there 2 nights and it was really hard to leave. I hope I will be able to come back and enjoy and experience it again. Everything was just exelent.
