Tip: when arriving on the island, ask for "Pousada do Sr Luis" , instead of Cibeles, the locals will know it better 😂

Sissi is super friendly and really helpful, we had a few blackouts on the island but she did everything she could to help! The rooms are lovely and there is a nice area to chill in. Located 500 metres from Abraao Beach, Canoa Abraão offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a terrace. Super friendly and non intrusive hosts, they helped us leave our stuff early before check-in and also later during check out. The island was without electricity, their property had a generator that enabled the place to have warm water and light etc despite the power cut. They also had a complimentary afternoon lunch for the guests (and breakfast, obviously). Also close to some bars that are more low-mid range in price.
