A haven of peace and tranquillity, this traditional English country house lies in a unique rural setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a 60 acre lake, yet only 12 miles from historic Chester. Beautiful property! The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

De Trafford By Greene King Inns is in Alderley village, just a 5-minute walk from Alderley Edge Train Station and about 5 miles from Manchester Airport. All bedrooms were refurbished in 2015. Everything was amazing. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was exceptional.

The Campanile Hotel Runcorn is located in Runcorn town centre, 120 metres from Runcorn Railway Station and 7 minutes’ drive from the M56 motorway. I didn't have breakfast as I don't tend to feel hungry until around 11am
