Rutland Water Courtyard Rooms are located on Rutland Water Golf Course. A restaurant, an on-site bar and free WiFi is available. Free private parking is available on site. Peaceful location, lovely courtyard room with everything needed, including a very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast and excellent evening meal on the day we chose to eat there. It was nice staying next to the bar - we could have a drink in the evening without worrying about who was going to drive. We're not golfers, but learned a bit about the sport while we were there! Also was great to be so close to the Nature Reserve and able to walk around Rutland Water.

The house is extremely well built, furniture are great, there is a playroom with a pool game downstairs, in which we spent a lovely family time. When having diner you feel you are in a canpy surrounded by greens. The river is just down the road, offering great walks, and the pub is serving good food. We wished we had stayed longer!
