The online application was pretty cool, you were able to adjust the "do not disturb" or "clean the room" options from there. Nice coffee machine and comfy bed. Shower pressure was strong and the temperature nice and hot. The area was quiet and there were quite a few shops & parks within walking distance and some further restaurants. All staff members we have encountered were really nice. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and fresh; waiting staff was attentive. I've seen lots of comments about noise and all, but the hotel does not say anywhere it's soundproof; therefore, in those cases I bring earbuds with me and problem solved! The AC system worked, but it did come on and off randomly, yet I believe it may have to do with adjusting the temperature of the room. For us the room was always at a good temperature. The electricity would cut off every few hours, yet I believe it has to do with energy savings in case you leave the lights on when you leave the room. You just need to open the door and it comes back up. There was plenty of parking, but I would say on busier months you may have to park on the street. I like the simpleness of the décor and vibrant colour add on, but that's my cup of tea!

There was no point the I have received a negative answer, even if it was something out of their hands they would reply: “what we can do is…” I am referring to reception staff. Throughout my stay there were 3 shifts and they were all amazing, I m really sorry that I did remember their names. Amazing job!! And to top it up when we left we took 2 burgers “take away” very good ones indeed.

The hotel is amazing, feels and looks very luxurious, a great location in the middle of the forest surrounded by lakes, trees and a green park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the spa is amazing with lots of different saunas and pools, the meals were good with a variety of foods.

This place is absolutely lovely, we were not really familiar with Romania, so we didnt knew what to expect, and it was an amazing surprise. Hotel is extremely beautiful, full of little details that makes it special. Rooms are very comfortable and with a delightful decoration. It is owned and run by a very kind and helpful couple, that are always doing their best to make your stay more pleasant. We would do the whole trip to Romania again just to stay here one more time

Perfect place to relax. Very clean, modern with tropical feel, well maintained, cozy hometel (home+hotel). Mountain suite were we stayed was huge with large windows all over. Breakfast was great with beautiful view. Free parking. 30minutes drive to Cluj-Napoca city center.
