To whom it concerns: we came to the Big Pines late at night tired and travel worn from a long day.. We were greeted by Iftee and his wife. Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Our stay at your motel was very pleasant and we can't say enough for Iftee and his wife who were kind enough to bring extra towels, and answer all are questions. Thank you, we will be back. They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.
