Was celebrating my daughter's 4th bday at the resort. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Mr Sujith, Mr Arijit and the GM of the resort himself. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Beautiful property designed in sync with the environment. Excellent, friendly team of staff. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Nahee and the restaurant team were excellent. Soby as GM and Manoj as DGM were outstanding. The staff have a shared tip jar which is good.
