So thanks to AI I made the perfect choice! This place was so peaceful and my room was so spacious. Also super new! I had the view to the small lake and the modern design reminded me of a movie! I wish I could have stayed one more night and wish I had taken photos of the kangaroo, they were so fun to see. I also saw the hot air balloons at dawn when checking out, which I didn't know they left from there. I didn't have an Australian number so all communication had to be via email since they don't have a formal reception etc. They do have a pantry you can purchase some items there and also fridge items for purchase. You get a continental breakfast which is already in the room. It had fresh cold pressed juice, granola, yogurt, some honey, banana bread. The bathroom was so nice! Super new! I wish there was a bath tub, maybe some other rooms have it. I loved the balcony area and sipping some wine while listening to nature. I actually went here without a car, crazy I know, but they shuttled me to the room and had shuttle to visit the Pizza Wood fire restaurant place at Bimbadgen. Overall, a lovely experience..

34 km from Hunter Valley Gardens, Hunter Studios - Maitland is a recently renovated property set in Maitland and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Everything worked seamlessly, there were step by step instructions from how to get into the building and room, to the coffee machine.One of the cleaners was such a polite and friendly person. Would highly recommend!!

Almost New rooms. Very clean and well set up. Plenty of parking right in the middle of town. Motel was fully booked and we got a larger disability access room which was the best set up I have seen. Close to the highway but got a very good nights sleep. The owner said that being new, the rooms were insulated to the current standard.

The property is beautiful The rooms are amazing and roomy, the beds are super comfy and the welcoming reception from everyone is just lovely. Breakfast is great and sets you up for the day. Cannot recommend highly enough. The location is great for trips round Maitland and the Hunter Valley.

And it is very close to the nice wineries so it is easy to access there, Also, room was very cozy to stay. The host, Marie, is so kind and friendly and the breakfast which she prepared for us was so good.
