Selina Magnetic Island showcases open-air building designs and communal spaces for guests. Loved Selina, loved the cafe / bar common area, loved the dorm lodges which had a toilet and shower. Comfiest and nicest hostel I've stayed at for a while! A nice treat, great location too with beautiful sunsets and food/ drink/ hike options from Horseshoe Bay, plus regular bus available from right outside the Hostel. Also did candlelight yoga and a morning yoga session which I loved - other activities available too like pool tournaments, games etc. Would recommend staying here!

This apartment overlooks the water and is very close to the ferry, bus and supermarket. The apartment itself has stylish, modern decore and very comfortable beds. There is plenty of space, a huge balcony overlooking the pool. It was relaxing and very comfortable. Fully self contained with all your kitchen cooking essentials. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would 100 per cent recommend this. I did not want to leave and am already trying to plan another trip back there. This self contained bungalow was more than we had hoped for. It was comfortable, well equipped for self caterers on a longer stay and in a beaut spot; short distance to shops (and the best Thai I have ever had) and the only noise is the birds in the garden. Exactly what we hoped for!

Just 700-metres from Nelly Bay Beach, Amaroo On Mandalay offers an outdoor pool, 2 tennis courts and a fitness centre. All rooms offer a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and a patio with garden views. The room was nice and clean and modern. It was like a studio apartment with a full fridge and a microwave. The pool was really great for getting out of the mid-day heat. We were there during a quiet time of year, but there wasn't really anyone else ever at the pool at the same time as us. The aircon was really nice and the bed was comfy. Lots of wildlife around.
