Situated Ilha Grande, beachfront to Praia de Araçatiba, and 30 min by boat from Angra dos Reis, Pousada Tony Montana boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. We got upgraded to a room with sea view, and it was just perfect. The room was big (which is quite rare for Ilha Grande), it had a fridge and air condition, it was cleaned everyday and the view was stunning. To be able to lay in the hammock and turn around to see the ocean, was amazing. Tony and the rest of the staff are extremely nice and helpful! They don’t speak English, but they make it work with smiles, gesticulations and a little bit Google translate. The place is located at the beach and has a great restaurant. I recommend the açaí bowl ;) There are also other great restaurants and beaches nearby, and boat trips arranged everyday. Thank you for a perfect stay!
