Set in Exmouth, 10 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium, Lympstone Manor Hotel offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The staff were exceptional, so warm and welcoming and we were upgraded for free as it was my birthday. That was such a lovely touch. Hotel was stunning and also views would have been if it were not for the rain and we arrived when it was dark. Hope to stay longer next time to explore properly.

A very positive attitude by the host toward a special need that I have. It is much appreciated. The room was absolutely spotless and the bath with ample hot water was so good after a 14 mile walk!

The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was befitting of a 5 star hotel. All in all, outstanding.
