The pool was clean and surrounding area was comfortable with lounge chairs and comfortable covered seating areas. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly, prompt and very helpful.

He arranged transportation and suggested a guide who was knowledgeable, dependable, flexible, and some English very well. We had booked a 3-night stay, but extended our stay 2 more days. Our room was accessed from a large, beautiful terrace and the room was large, with a kettle, fridge, and everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful dinner and other snacks from the cafe.

Gorgeous property in the middle of a lake, it is secluded there aren't any other properties in the area unlike Lake Pichola which is where all the famous properties are located. It is around 35 minutes away by car from the historic center. The place is new and offers amazing nature and views over the lake. The communication with the property prior to our arrival was excellent they responded to my queries very quickly and they contacted me one day before our arrival to arrange for our arrival since you need a boat to reach the property. A wide range of activities to do, so you will not get bored at all, some are free and some at an additional and reasonable cost such as hiking, yoga, tennis, shooting and even cooking classes. The Spa was amazing one of the best messages thanks to Tshering for the great message. Outstanding service the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time, special thanks to Nikita who did her best to accommodate our needs during the stay.
