Five minutes drive away from the main part of the Polanica 'deptak' (the pedestrian stroll, along which the best restaurants and cafes are). The check in was via entry code with no problems. Wifi worked well. Coffee machine, microwave and other useful features. Nice bathroom (large shower).

She arranged a bottle of champagne and flowers to be prepared at our breakfast table for my sisters birthday. All the staff was wonderful though! Breakfast was delicious, the spa facilities were beautiful, we were even able to check in a little early. We enjoyed the different saunas and the jacuzzis. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel spa!
