Oh you need to press a button to turn on warm water... a bit before taking a bath. Nice staff...helpful...

I opted for the light cleaning, since I'm not a messy person, and I was only staying for 4 days. The breakfast provided was also fantastic. Served in a buffet style, the hotel restaurant provided a variety of both Western style and Japanese style breakfast foods.

The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again if in Shiojiri. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. It is in an excellent location, close to the train station.

Soaking in a hot bath means a good night sleep. the breakfast provided was excellent. I feel i have been pampered.

Guests at Fukashiso can enjoy relaxing in the spacious public/private baths and request for massage services. Our stay at Fukashiso was beyond our expactations. The staff is so helpful and lovely. Also, the food is amazing! If you can, we recommend staying 2 nights. They serve you different dishes on the second dinner and it is delicious!

This is a small and friendly hotel with a lovely chilled out vibe. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The power shower was amazing and the breakfast delicious. We slept really well as it’s very peaceful. The supermarket is just opposite and we had the option to cook in our room. We also parked our car here. We wish we could stay longer 🥰
