We were surprised by the warm welcome and hospitality of the family running this hostel. The home-made dinner was just fabulous as well as the breakfast. Fantastic surprise of a Hotel. From the arrival greeting the lady at reception gave to the fantastic service in the resturant everything was exceptional. Safe parking and an interesting locale for a wander. Local food choices on the menu was a bonus. I'd definitely recommend a stay.

Very Swedish in the best possible way. The place itself is small, right next to the train station, but there was no noise or trouble from the tracks beside it. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful, freshly baked breakfast rolls, fruits, veggies, and local goodies – even reindeer!

We had amazing time in Norråker. The cabin is cute, large, fully equipped with everything we needed including bathroom, coffee maker, ovens, microwave, outdoor grill, hair dryer and so on. There is amazing view on the lake from the cabin. It is situated in a lovely countryside of north foothills. There is a lovely shop in walking distance where you can buy anything you need. The owner provides private sauna on the lake bank, which was just amazing.
