After a hell experience with Jet Blue we arrived at the hotel at midnight, tired and with only the clothes we were in! They were having some technical issues so waited a little longer than expected. When I said it was fine as it would still be shorter than running over and back terminals trying to retrieve baggage they gave us compliementary breakfast. When we explained we had no luggage they provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream, deodrant, etc Same can be said of the bar and restaurant staff. Everyone was kind and helpful! JetBlue staff could learn a thing or two about customer service from the guys at the Radisson. We didnt get all the names of the people who were so kind but two were Latoya and Rae

Hotel limpio, agradable, en perfecto estado, todo en la habitación estaba impecable, sábanas y toallas blancas y limpias, un único detalle es que yo agregaría algo de proteína en el desayuno. Lo recomiendo 100% incluso para viajar con niños.
