This hotel will be my choice for overnight stays when flying in/out of JFK. First time staying here was an excellent experience. We arrived wore out and beyond fatigued from an 8hr overseas flight. Staff were fabulous, room et bath were large. Amazing night's sleep!! Upscale breakfast. Small open food bar for pizza, wine, beer, salads, etc. was available when we arrived at 9-930p and was just what we needed! Very important, the shuttle service was punctual, approx 10 minute drive from airport, and available 24hrs. Exceeded our expectations in every way.

Located in Queens, this New York hotel is 1.5 km from the terminals of John F. Kennedy International Airport and is 13.3 km from LaGuardia Airport. The hotel has free WiFi and a sauna. After a hell experience with Jet Blue we arrived at the hotel at midnight, tired and with only the clothes we were in! They were having some technical issues so waited a little longer than expected. When I said it was fine as it would still be shorter than running over and back terminals trying to retrieve baggage they gave us compliementary breakfast. When we explained we had no luggage they provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream, deodrant, etc Same can be said of the bar and restaurant staff. Everyone was kind and helpful! JetBlue staff could learn a thing or two about customer service from the guys at the Radisson. We didnt get all the names of the people who were so kind but two were Latoya and Rae
