I so much liked the atmosphere of the property Miranda and Nick creating. House is surouded by simple garden with flowers, lawn and few old olive trees - I enjoyed reading book lying in shezlong under the olive tree. Welcoming, warm and kind hosts Nick and Miranda - Miranda on our arrival baked homemade pie and treated us with bottle of local vine. Then its the place - its in shortest distance to watch fantastic and gorgeous sunsets and admring the view of Arilla bay - we loved to do it while sitting in lovely restaurants Akrotiri and Gravia nearby. The beach is in 5-10 min short walking distance. The rooms are very bright and extremely clean, and all the facilities works just perfect. Highly recommend this place!

The location is good. It's just minutes from the beach, and we could see the beach off a little distance from our room. Unfortunately, the location and the mosquito screens were the only thing we liked about this place.

It was an incredible stay. The hotel has a beautiful, green and well-kept territory. The hotel room exceeded expectations, matching the photos perfectly and even surpassing them. I especially appreciate the owner of the hotel; he was extremely charming, kind and a great conversationalist.
