The hosts are very friendly and serviceminded. They do their best to make your stay pleasent. The poolarea is vey nice. Walk through the olive trees and just 150 metres away you find a very nice beach with pebble stones. 10 minutes by car you find a cozy town by the sea with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would love to come back in the future.

We couldn't ask for a better experience here. Everything was perfect for us! A secluded location where you can enjoy the mountain part of Sithonia. The guesthouse is simply gorgeous and Alam (the host) is a sweetie pie that adds extra energy to the place. ❤️

Newly built, very clean. It has a recently added pool with a bar. The personnel was very kind and helpful.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Everyday cleaning. There's enough parking lot for the guests. The hotel offers free sunbeds and towels. The restaurant To Simadi is perfect both prices and dishes. Neos Marmaras center is about 25 mins walk. Highly recommended 👌

The place is very well designed. Room was well equipped. We loved the sea & island view from the balcony. This was our first time on this side of Sithonia, and we loved it. Beaches can range from wild to commercialized. Nearby Karidi beach is a must see. There are also a lot of inexpensive rent a boat options in the area. We wanted to extend our stay for one more day, and while the place was already entirely booked the host was kind enough to reroute us to nearby hotel! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Cozy place, everything new and modern. Good location, with plenty of nature and away from the crowds but still close enough to everything you need. Individual pool is a big plus. Excellent accommodation in this price range.

The location is perfect! Few steps from the water. The facilities are great, they have everything you need. Great option for families with small kids. We will back again for sure 😊
