The cleanliness and decor are on point! The host who checked us in was amazing and super friendly. The cafe and bar are really nice and not too pricey. The tech at the hotel is great, as they are using QR codes for ordering. The location is great in our opinion. You just walk 2 minutes and there is a bus stop that comes very frequently and takes you downtown. If you like to walk it's about 40 mins on foot. There are a ton of mini markets near by and some great bakeries. Overall, this place was awesome!

The staff was very helpful and nice, always asking how they could make our stay more comfortable. The location is prime as well! I would definitely recommend staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Miron the manager greeted us with sparkling eyes as he is the owner and the architect who designed and built the Hotel. Prior to our stay he made contact with us via WhatsApp and made sure we have the address and all the instructions. The place itself is beautifully designed with the latest modern facilities and tasteful elements, sparkling clean, bed is very comfortable and beautiful lighting. We stayed only one night but still enjoyed our stay. The location is the center of town very close to all the action yet is located in a small quiet ally. Miron even suggested some good restaurants in the area when ask for his advice. We will be happy to return to Sartori on our next visit.

Location was excellent, easy walk into the old town. Plenty of stirs and restaurants nearby. The property is contemporary with excellent space very comfortable bed. So enjoyed the pool. Living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Excellent bathroom with walk in shower! The reception/concierge staff (Maria & Sophie) were so lovely and always with a smile and and spot on with reservations , be it restaurants tours or boats! Gear roof top very comfortable and perfects surrounding views of Crete!

The staff are so helpful, really appreciated their caring service. The location is in between the center and the airport. Close to a bus stop so you can explore everything on foot. The beds were extremely comfy and the coffee machine and a cold bottle of water was a nice touch.
