Family business, friendly stuff always available on site. Location is quite close to the beach, with view to the sea. The rooms was big enough, 1 double and 1 single beds, with small balcony. There is also a small kitchen available at the entry of the room with all the accessories to prepare some food if you need. The property also provides a very nice breakfast on request (not expensive), and Athina (owner's daughter) was always asking what we would like to eat every morning. They have a big garden, and also small place where they grow vegetables for usage. Many trees, a lot of green grass.

I have to say that beacause of rainy weather he offers us gratis night although it wasn’t his faults ! This way I need to thank him one more time for all!Garden is one of the beautiful I’ve seen in Chalkidiki ! Position of the hotel is also excellent,near 2 the best private beaches,near supermarket,near the best restaurants in Hanioti..and very close to pedestrian zone.

Everything was spotless clean, staff really friendly and helpfull. The distance from the beach really not too much, also the pool was very clean. There was not a thing that we did not like, we will definatelly go back next summer. Supermarket and resaurants were literaly 1 min away.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. One of the highlights was its impeccable cleanliness. Towels were changed daily, and the bedding was refreshed every three days. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. Guests have access to the pool and lounge chairs, which added to the overall enjoyment. The hotel's garden is stunning, and the poolside bar is a lovely addition. Conveniently, the hotel offers on-site parking, and its central location in Hanioti was very convenient. I'm definitely looking forward to returning there next year. The exceptional experience guarantees another visit.
