Extremely quiet, peaceful, there is virtually no road noise. We enjoyed many mornings having breakfast and dinners in the evening on our balcony. Excellent air conditioning, plenty of hot water for the shower, and very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was helpful, it was fully equipped with all the basics. There is a local church right around the corner. Within 5 to 10 minute drive there is the center of the town with supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacy, barber shops, beauty salons, high quality fitness centers, etc. There is a 15 minute drive to the center of Ioannina. Keep in mind you will need to have a car for this apartment. What we really loved about this apartment is the fact that is located in the middle of a neighborhood with families and children often walking. We did not feel like we were tourists, we felt like we were locals and part of the everyday life.

The hotel manager was very accommodating as we had booked the wrong date. The room was beautiful, very clean. The bed was very comfortable, great view and very well situated. You get pool and shower towels for free. Nice host and staff.. we had a lot of privacy and loved having breakfast on the outside table. Both beaches are walkable if you don't mind the climb. The climb is well worth the view in my opinion.

Great hotel, very well decorated and looks new, the rooms are very clean and pleasant, very close to the center. We stayed longer than we planned. The team is very nice and helpful, we had a problem with the car and they did everything they could do to help us.
