The owner of this hotel is very welcoming and really helps to make our vacation more comfortable and nice. He responded quickly to all of requests. For example, we asked for a cezve, as we wanted to make Turkish coffee by our own (you can buy coffee in a local supermarket). As I need to have a COVID PCR test before flight to the U.S., Mr. Kargin organized the visit to the clinical laboratory in Bodrum. Also, he helped with taxi from/to airport and the city of Bodrum. There are several beaches (one public and several commercial), a supermarket and small shops near by the hotel and Thursday market in old part of the village (very tasty fruits and vegetables!). But also, you can pick some fresh vegetables directly from his garden! Fresh and organic!

El Bodrum Local House ofrece alojamiento en la ciudad de Bodrum, a 1,2 km de la playa de Bardakci Bay, a 1,7 km de la playa de Gumbet y a 2,5 km de la playa de Akkan. The apart hotel had all the opportunities, which can make our stay really comfortable. This brand new place is also located in the very central location. The staff is really helpful and friendly. I will be definetely booking my next vacation here as well, if I am in Bodrum.

That have EVERYTHING! The kitchen so good equipment. They even gave us new good quality plates for dog, and in room had some pencils and notebooks that can draw for kids. Perfect clean everything. Staff had so good energy , so kind and always smile. The furniture are new and good quality! Thank u guys! ❤️

Excellent location :bars ,restaurants cafe , 1 minute walk to the beach. The room clean and everything works in the room , beautiful interior newly renovated, staff was very friendly and helpful, services very good they made my stay very comfortable & accommodating even surprised me . Definitely we will come back with great pleasure.

The place is amazing, really old design, takes you back in history, the staff extremly friendly and helpful, breakfast was tastey and enough, so close to the attractions, the view is magical I open my door and I see mountains and trees, my bedroom has its own little garden, the view while having breakfast is so beautiful, bed and shhets and pillow comfortable, bathroom is good, definitly will stay again and definitly will go back to this place, even staying there is so relaxing, book it without hesitating
