Nice view over the Aegean Sea. Squeaky clean apartment with modern windows which keep away almost all the noise from the coastal road. Less than 10 minutes by car to Ano Lechonia train station from where the mythical Pelion narrow gauge train departs.

I had an amazing stay at this excellent beach studio near Malaki Pagasitic Gulf. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to both the surrounding nature and the city. The peaceful atmosphere outside Volos was perfect for relaxation. Having a car allowed me to explore the entire region effortlessly, uncovering hidden gems and picturesque landscapes. Highly recommended for a memorable beachside getaway. Has very much a homely community feel, which I loved, with others living their lives or enjoying their holidays by the beach. Nikos, the host, was great also, providing excellent suggestions for the region in accordance with my preferences.

Excellent accommodation Everything is clean and cozy The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a toaster, coffee maker and hot water jug Always hot water and clean towels in the bathroom The beach is right in front of the house, and there are sunbeds that you can use whenever you need them for free The hosts are great and warm, always there to help with anything you need We were with a 5-month-old baby, and they gave us a crib Stathis's father is wonderful, he let us try some of the fruit they grow themselves, it was delicious - Καρπούζι, πολύ νόστιμο 😀 Definitely worth for the money

Very nice apartment, with 3 bedrooms and a living and open-space kitchen. Could accommodate 6 people. Large courtyard, with big trees and shade, but also sunny for those who wish sun. Very kind and discreete hosts. They welcomed us with a huge and very tasty pie, and cold water and beer. The aspect is rustic, don't expect a hotel ! Many fruits in the garden, and also on the path to the beach (5 min walk). Be aware, the apartment is in the semi-basement, it has short windows on the upper side of walls. So it is cool also during the hot days. There is no air conditioning, not needed. The closest beach is stony, not so comfortable. It is quite difficult to reach (the road is not indicated correctly on google maps), it is better to ask the help of the host (who will suggest a meeting point anyway)

Excellent location - both easy to get into Volos and explore the Pelion region by car (free parking in front) or by bus (stops right next door). There is a beach directly in front of the property (we spotted a few dolphins!), a taverna next door and a mini market around the corner. The hosts are gracious and kind and the place was spotless, with its own kitchen, separate bedrooms and a nice outside patio. Quiet and private. We loved our stay and will most definitely return.
