First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

Everything was perfect, the flat is well equipped, perfectly clean. The view is breathtaking, and we enjoyed a lot the terrace to have breakfast and diner outside. It well located and in a quiet environment. We highly recomment the place.

Situated in Madalena, PIX Apartments provides accommodation with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. Clean, lots of space, in the town Centre, very friendly and acommodating owner with great advice about the town, self-check in possible, Laundry machine and lounge space in the garden available

Inès and Hugo welcomed us with exceptional hospitality. They paid exemplary attention to our needs through both their actions and the quality of their presence.
