The staff were wonderful, especially Madelena who gave us a full tour of the place, including a tour around their goat sheds next door. We got to cuddle baby goats! Also a fabulous breakfast.

One has to follow Solar de Maceira name in Google, and not its address, because the main entrance is not on that street. We really enjoyed the garden, pool, views, goats and sheep in the evening coming to graze, closeness to Sierra de Estrella...
