The hotel is located in a very quite area, within 1 minute walk from the lake. The room was very well equipped, the staff was nice and the facility had a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Overall very nice stay!

Good location, close to train station with good choices for restaurants. Cosy and comfortable beds. Our room had unbeatable view of the lake and mountain of Zell Am See.

Very good location 3 km out of crowded Zell am See centre, which is easy reachable by bus nr. 70 (ski-bus), which is free of charge and runs every 30 minutes from early morning till late evening. Stop is located just in front of the apartments. Ski-bus goes directly to CityXpress ski lift just in 10 min.
