We had excellent experience. The location and the apartment it self is perfect. You will have everything you need in it. Stefka and Ivan are awesome hosts, our baby had some health issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They called the best pediatrician in Bansko and set up an appointment for us. I don't think that many host will do that for you. Thank you guys for that we won't forget it. Definitely we recommend this apartment.

Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, good heating, nice little balcony etc. make this apartment a good option even for longer stays. The location is good. Center is some 15 min away. A large Billa supermarket is 10 min away. Communication with the host was excellent.

Everything was perfect! Big, cozy, well-equipped room with alpine style and warm floor. Spa center with mineral pools. Good selection of food during breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff in the hotel. Free shuttle bus to the gondola. Free parking next to hotel. Bravo! Will be happy to come again!

The hotel is great but does not work with Booking. This is a private people apartment that when you rent you can use hotel facilities. I would recommend renting directly from the hotel website. This apartment is OK for a studio apartment.
