Everything was exactly as advertised. The host was very friendly and always ready to help. On arrival we were late, but still the host waited for us to hand over the keys and apartment. Location is not in center, but this may be an advantage. Is very quiet and private and can actually enjoy the vacation. Still it is close to restaurants and attractions around.

The stay at Gradina Holiday was great. The rooms are spacious, everything is new, clean and well maintained, you have all you need. The owners and staff are very helpful and great in dealing with customers. They welcomed us with free coffees and a great bottle of wine. The hotel is very close to the beach (best beach in/close to Sozopol), has a nice clean pool and a small bar. A great supermarket is about 5 minutes walk away. All in all, it was a great experience and we're looking forward to staying next year here as well.

The location is great, with a wonderful view of the sea and the buildings on the coast of the sea. The closest beach is 1-2 minutes walking and there is also a big supermarket (Lidl) just 5-7 min walking. The apartment had everything that we needed and we felt very well, even if the weather outside was not great. Restaurants and city center were also very close (with car it was like 5-7 min and one day we walked approx. 35 min). It was also good to have parking in front of the building. It is clear a place we would return.

Location of the property was excellent, across the street from the beach. Balcony on the ground floor had view of the see. Pool was great. Every apartment has a separate wi-fi router, which I had never seen. Internet quality was excellent, and I head no trouble working from there, zoom call and all. Parking is also great - everyone gets assigned a parking space at the beginning and you can come and go without worrying that you wouldn't be able to find a spot. Outside gym was also a great bonus. From security standpoint also great: gate is locked and opened with a chip, camera surveillance and a live guard at night.

The location is very convenient. It was close to the old town - 15 min by car. It was close to the main beach bars - 6 min by car. There was a parking. The place is very quiet. So you can party close by and then have a chance to take a proper rest. The room was clean and tidy and I love the balcony view.

We liked that the studios are spacious and equipped with everything needed. It was really easy finding the guesthouse and we had no problem with the car since there is a private parking. The location is amazing, just a minute from the beach and the main street. We highly recommend Guesthouse Odesos :)
