These Villa's fit their name like a glove, PARADISE Holiday Homes!! Awesome layout, perfect facilities inside and outside, swimming pool was a life saver and our host family was awesome. These villas catered ALL our needs for our group of 19 people. We loved that it was tucked away in the forest of Rarotonga so we had the best of both worlds. The beach and bush of this beautiful island. Big Bob was always a phone call away and we saw Lil Bob on the daily doing maintenance of the 4 villas. Our group flight bookings changed 4 times since July 2022 and Big Bob was always accommodating. Our host family also did a supermarket shop before we landed on the island so it was ready and in our villas when we landed. It was the small things that really counted for us. Raewyn and Rick are super nice and helpful. Really good hosts who leave you to yourself but are there on hand if needed. Fantastic location right by the beach and plenty of extra facilities also like kayaks and snorkels. Love, love, love Avana Waterfront Apartments! Everything about Avana Waterfront Apartments exceeded our expectations. Location is amazing -central to all the must sees, dos and eats! We had some questions prior to booking with Avana, and the host was especially responsive, helpful and accurate with the information. Avana Waterfront Apartments is our go to destination in Rarotonga!

Great communication with Ima, who was available every morning for a number of hrs and later by mobile phone. Not bothered daily by house cleaning. All amenities were available and working well and clean. The only small glinch was weak wifi which wasn't too much of an issue for our shory stay. Over all just beautiful as always
