we were greeted at the pontoon with a smile & a helping hand for our bags. The room was clean & spacious (massive). Alvaro was really nice, he arranged a trip to the lagoon for us. the food was nice & the beach is really close

The place is really calming and authentic. Gregorio is an Amazing host, and all of his family that works in the place are very kind and welcoming! Gregorio helped us with everything that we need and gave us a lot of information about nice places on the island.

The Hostel is surely one of the nicest on Isla Grande of one searches for a remote, chilled place to relax, enjoy the sun and the Caribbean sea. It perfect for hanging around in either hammocks or on one of the platforms directly at the coast. The people are very kind and attentive. The breakfast (15000 cop) and the main dishes (30000 to 45000 cop) tastes very good as well as all the jugos and lemonades, that are always made fresh. You can also snorchel at the riff directly in front of the hostel or borrow a kajak (50000 cop per person). They also offer guided tours through the mangroves (50000 cop per person). We also liked the Eco concept of the hostel, being self sustaining and saving recources and preserving nature as much as possible.

Really clean and comfortable accommodation. We stayed a couple of nights and we really enjoyed it. Off the beaten track activities made our days! Make sure to ask the host to bring you to the most beautiful beach you'll probably see in Colombia but that should stay secret ;)

Wow. The campsite is run by the local legend Gregorio an amazing guy. He made us feel very at home and was so kind to us. We learnt loads about life on the island for the locals the good and the bad. He had loads of cool tours for us too. The best was fishing for barracuda, so cool. We managed to catch three and an egg fish which he helped us cook together that night. He gave us coconut and taught us how to cook plantain and coconut rice. A lovely place and a lovely guy, thank you Gregorio!

We had the most amazing stay in Fragata Island House! Everything was done to absolute perfection. The view from the room was immaculate, the service was 10/10, there is both a private beach and an area like a dock with amazing sun beds to relax and jump into the water, and the cocktails are amaaazing (do take the piña colada!). There is such a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere with not a lot of people (as opposed to most other places on the islands), which was so unique. Also, I forgot my purse at the hotel, and they arranged to get it back to me in Cartagena early next morning before my flight, completely free of charge. All in all 10/10, without hesitation one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Thank you Frigata!

We spent a week at Villa Los Cocos, the place is beautiful, vey clean and tidy, the pool is great and the food was great. Judith, Carlos and Keyner were all very nice and helpful. We had a great time with our family, by the sea, close to nature in a wonderful villa.
