The flat is very fresh, light and clean. The rooms are pretty comfortable. The small kitchen have everything was you need. Nice view from the balcony . Perfect concact with owner and extra change towels and rubbish bags for free - it’s nice servis . Very easy system of the opening door . There is a lot of space for parking. I spent great time on Fotoxenia Apts. There are close for some beaches and restaurants for walk. The area is not quite silent because there is the main road , for me was not problem :) The photos of the apartment are what it is in reality. I can recommend this apartment.

Excellent modern apartment in the heart of Protaras. Very clean and loaded with lots of amenities. We had clear check in instructions and the owner was always willing to assist us.

Great hosts very friendly and helpful the apartment is spacious, quiet and very comfortable with a large external seating area and barbecue grill. All we had to bring was our clothes and groceries. Great wifi and 5 min drive to the nearest beach. We had a great time thank you so much. Also there is a Plus supermarket less than a minute walk away, this made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxed.

It was really wonderful stay in Kapparis. Cozy and new apartment with all necessary facilities and even elevator. It was very convenience that parking was in the shadow of the building. The view from the balcony was amazing. And we really like the quit time there. Really appreciated, thank you.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment, and perfect location. It's really close to Agia Triada beach, bakeries and Metro supermarket. Also fantastic price. Constantinos was very helpful and answered all our questions, he even suggested restaurants and places to visit. Thank you so much!

Was a lovely stay. Everything was perfect. Will be booking again soon. Also appreciated the little things like having a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge when we got there and also the cake that was delivered half way through our stay. xx
