Appartamento carinissimo, pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. Comodi i bar ed i negozi che si trovano sotto. Il mare dista 50 metri ma per le spiagge top di Protaras dovrete prendere l'auto (10 min.)

The apartment is located in a beautiful location, near pedestrian and shopping district in Protaras. Nonetheless, it is in a peaceful bay, where one can enjoy swimming free from hustle and bustle. The apartment is well equiped. (netflix, hi-speed wifi etc) The furniture is new and the rooms are clean. The hosts are especially forthcoming and kind people, eager to assist in any way. Every request we had was answered promptly and professionally. Finnaly, the view of Mediterranean Sea is stunning.. We warmly recommend this place.

It's a very great appartment in a very comfortabe position of protaras, right by the bus stops so you can reach ayia napa within 10 min and other nearby beaches and restaurants, also 2 min away from an ATM machine and a couple of supermarkets open till late at night, and a couple of minutes distance from great beaches. I have to say i Really enjoyed my stay, the place i got was spacious enough for two people to stay in, the price was very reasonable especially that you wouldn't expect such facilities in a very touristic area as protaras for such a good price, the appartment had all the commodities from a stove to microwave to a coffee machine, dishes etc..., 2 Balconies one with a great scenery of the sea, with much access for sunlight. comfortable and well equipped. What's most appreciatable is how available the owner's complete availabilty was: The night before i had my flight i lost the key to the apartment, I called the owner around 3 a.m. ( i had to be at the airport at 6), i had the spare key handed to me within 15 minutes, in the middle of the night. I would reccomend this compound of appartments to almost anyone who would want to visit the region.

Great apartment! Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool and cozy outdoor area. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house is only 5 minutes walk to the first two beautiful beaches, and if you want more, you can just walk along a path along the water on to the next ones (and enjoy the beautiful view along the way). We had rented a car, which is an advantage. The area is still upcoming and we enjoyed the quietness. A perfect match for our family. By car you can quickly drive to the more famous towns such as Protaras (15 min), but we actually liked the small beaches at Paralimni better than, for example, the famous Fig Tree Bay. We highly recommend Fotini Villas and will definitely like to rent the house again if we come back to Cyprus.

Host was great and the facilities were amazing! Pool was beautiful and the views amazing. We were in a group of seven people and there was enough room for all of us. The host recommended great places nearby and was very helpful throughout our stay there. Would recommend for friend groups or families.
