The building and decorations everywhere is sooooo beautiful. We needed to take public bus to abu simbel and need breadfast , the bread were really nice ! All staff are very helpful too. They are doing actual work for customers ! I wish I have more time to stay and enjoy. Please must contact host after arrival at elephantine Island and they will show the shortest way to the house

The location is good as it’s directly in front of the the ferry and overlooks Nile river. The place is new and well-furnished. The owner “Ahmed” is really supportive and helped to arrange my activities. The bathroom is small but it’s clean and well-equipped

We had a lovely stay at La Terrasse. Happy to be on an island a bit further from the trouble and noise of the city. The terrasse offers beautiful views over the Nile. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. Mohammed is nice and very useful. We will definitely come back if we come back to Aswan (which we hope to)!

Personnel was warm and nice Hegazy helped me all the time that I needed with taxis, boats and also he took us on the boat to visit the places near to the Nile that we wanted..I recommend this place 100%. There are also nice restaurants around ans very close to the dock.

Staying at the Nubian guesthouse on Elephantine Island in Aswan, Egypt, was an unforgettable experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality shown by our host, Mohamed, and his employees were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The Nubian breakfast served each morning was a highlight as well. The guesthouse's location on Elephantine Island only added to its charm. I would return in a heartbeat and encourage anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Aswan to consider staying here.

Excellent location... Sunrise rays falling on Sandy mountains across the Nile is the real gold view.. Food cooked by the owner family so homely and good taste. Hospitality and service is very good. Very safe...they took care of kids when we went market.. good wifi

Thanks to the staff of the Kafana hotel for a great stay. I really liked the view from the hotel, the food, the cleanliness and design of the rooms. There is also a pleasant atmosphere of hospitality, they helped me with buying a ticket and a tour to Abu Simbel.
