Where do you start!! We were looking for a relaxing holiday in a fabulous luxury accommodation with stunning views everywhere you looked and that is exactly what we got!! The property and resort itself was immaculately presented throughout. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and made for a beautiful stay. We stayed in a ‘Sea View Apartment with Jacuzzi’ (room 233) and it was absolutely perfect - stylishly presented, enormous balcony which caught the sun all day (11am - 7pm-ish) with stunning views over the pool and everywhere you looked. At the beginning of our stay we had reason to provide constructive feedback to the Customer Services team. It was just a small but important issue which, if resolved, would make for a more enjoyable stay for both ourselves and other guests. The teams response could not have been better - they sympathised with us, thanked us for our feedback and responded immediately to resolve the small issue which was excellent to see and greatly appreciated. Furthermore, because of our inconvenience we received 2 complimentary cocktails which was certainly not expected or necessary but a really nice touch. Puerto Rico itself did not disappoint - lovely beach, restaurants, shopping centre and Mogan Mall all within 400 yards of Grand Horizon. The accommodation has specular views because of its elevated position - 300-400 yards down makes for a nice walk but although the walk back is doable we would recommend the local taxi service for around 4 euros per journey which is very reasonable. Whilst there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from we particularly liked 2 cocktail bars which are adjacent to each other - Selvatico’s and Typsy Bee 😎 Thank you for a lovely stay - looking forward to returning soon. Brilliant from start to finish. Spotless apartment close to everything. Lovely lady who was cleaning the apartments was so friendly and the gentleman on reception couldn’t do enough either!

It's a big, modern and clean apartment with lots of space for everybody. The pool is a big plus, it's cleaned everyday. The view is awesome!

I really liked the apartment but will never book again with Servatur as they dropped us in the other older hotel / apartment for 3 nights. We didn't want that but didn't have any alternative. A so called upgrade with an apartment with jacuzzi was not what we wanted. So unfortunately we could only stay 4 nights in the booked modern apartment.

Location , View and Hosts are all "the perfect 10" We had a great Christmas family vacation in Puerto Rico, big part of the nice experience was the apartment and the people behind Thank you Luis and Gema Hope we will be back soon ! (we still have to taste Luis homemade pina colada ) :)
